Instructions for opening a NEW Account

1) Click the Trade Partner Access on the homepage.

2) In the Request Account window, click "Request Account" button.

3) Fill out the online form and click "Request Account".

4) The information will then be transmitted to a representative in your area who will contact you within 48 hours of your inquiry.  The representative will then guide you through the remainder of the account establishment process and verify trade partner requirements. 

5) Once you have an account established, don't forget to log on to www.rmcoco.com.  Follow the registration instructions below to get a password and access online ordering and more!

Registration Instructions for EXISTING customers

1) Click the Trade Partner Access on the homepage.

2) In the Request Account window, click "Request Account" button.

3) Have your account number & email address ready and fill out the online form. 

Updates may be made at any time after registration is complete and you are logged in as a trade partner.

4) Click Request Account at the bottom of the form when finished and you will receive a temporary password via e-mail within 3 business days.  (Passwords are generally received within one businessday after the form is completed)

5) Once you have received your temporary password, you are ready to log in!

6) Click the Trade Partner Access on the homepage.  In the Login box, enter your username and password.  Please note that these fields are case sensitive.  Click login and you company information will appear.  From this screen you may click "edit account" to choose your own password.
